Vestina Y. Ross is a dedicated leader, healthcare professional, and housing advocate with over 35 years of experience as a Nurse and Wellness Specialist. Throughout her distinguished medical career, Vestina recognized a critical, systemic gap: individuals discharging from hospitals, veteran centers, rehabilitation facilities, and foster care often lacked access to stable housing, forcing them to compromise the very independence they worked so hard to achieve.
Driven by a passion for community wellness and a desire to bridge this gap, Vestina founded I.V. Exceptional Independent Living. As a licensed REALTOR® and designated Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), she uniquely combines her clinical background with extensive real estate expertise to assess, place, and support adults of all ages in a secure, non-medical residential environment. Inspired by the symbolism of the phoenix, Vestina’s mission is to provide every resident with a true lifeline to rebirth, renewal, and sustainable independence.
